To access your email through the internet, click on the following link and enter your full email address and password.

Private (with SSL)
Incoming Mail Server: c-i-service.com (SSL)
Supported Ports: 993 (IMAP), 995 (POP3)
Outgoing Mail Server: c-i-service.com (SSL)
Supported Port: 465 (server requires authentication)
Be sure to enter your full email address, for example johndoe@c-i-service.com
Also be sure to check the option for “outgoing mail server requires authentication”
Changing your email password
Your password should be changed in two locations, one on the server and one in Outlook.
